Transcripts must be requested in writing from the Registrar’s
Office. There is a $5 transcript fee for each copy requested.
All requests must be received at least two weeks before a required
deadline. Express handling and delivery is available at an additional
cost.
Requests must include: name while enrolled, SID number, record
type (undergraduate or graduate), dates of attendance at the
College, permanent address and phone number complete with
destination address (including the specific office), purpose of
transcript, payment, and student signature.
Requests may be:
1. Delivered to the Registrar’s Office.
2. Mailed to Office of the Registrar,

3. Faxed with a credit card payment to 843-953-6389. Faxed requests
must include card type (Visa, MasterCard or
Discover) and number, expiration date, amount to be debited,
and signature of cardholder.
Official transcripts may be individually sealed and mailed to
a student’s permanent address for inclusion in application
packets if specifically requested by the student.system.)
